Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, levels) and light machinery safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to comply with OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for task execution
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal throughout workday
- Support team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
