Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Assist skilled trades with layout, installation, and finishing operations
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and project guidelines
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery with certification

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid O-10 or equivalent safety certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
