Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, such as leaks, blockages, and drainage problems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications to plan projects accurately.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with local and state building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients and ensuring job sites are left clean and organized.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to manage job schedules and material requirements efficiently.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Plumber license (valid in California).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on plumbing experience in a professional setting.
- Valid California Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs) and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
