Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment operation
- Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, masonry, and concrete work
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and safety protocols
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery (forklift, saws, drills)
- Maintain job site safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily progress reports and timecards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Valid California driver's license
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic carpentry/concrete skills required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
