Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential electrical systems.
- Assist senior technicians with the installation of new electrical components and wiring.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using advanced testing equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
- Document all work performed accurately in job logs and time sheets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills are necessary for blueprint reading and material calculations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
