Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the workday
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Support various construction phases including framing, demolition, and finishing
- Adapt to changing project needs and weather conditions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required - we train motivated candidates
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
