Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read blueprints and technical specifications to execute precise installations
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors for seamless execution
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits
- Maintain detailed work documentation and client communication
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Nebraska electrician license or journeyman certification
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (30-hour preferred)
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and blueprint interpretation skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with clean record
