Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including fixtures, drains, water heaters, and sewer lines
- Install new plumbing components according to Georgia building codes and safety standards
- Perform emergency service calls with professional customer interaction
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for complex installations
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections for commercial clients
- Maintain accurate service reports and inventory management
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Georgia plumbing license (journeyman/master level)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong diagnostic skills for water leak detection and system failures
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Emergency response availability (after-hours rotation)
