Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for precise project execution
- Lead teams of apprentices/juniors while ensuring OSHA and NEC compliance
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients for seamless project delivery
- Perform system upgrades and retrofits on existing infrastructure
- Maintain detailed project documentation and safety records
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Journeyman Electrician license (EL-07)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency with NEC, OSHA, and Seattle municipal codes
- Expertise in conduit bending, circuit design, and power distribution
- Certification in VFD systems, PLC programming, or solar installations preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
