Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict adherence to National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead apprentices and coordinate project timelines
- Manage inventory and order electrical materials
- Complete detailed documentation and safety reports
Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Journeyman Electrician license
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending, motor control, and PLC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
