Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC)
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet deadlines
- Conduct safety inspections and implement hazard prevention measures
- Train junior electricians on best practices and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid electrician license (Indiana Journeyman/Master preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise in reading technical diagrams and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and NEC regulations
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
