Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and power distribution.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating project status and explaining technical details clearly.
- Collaborate with the project management team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and local building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoors.
- Proficiency with electrical testing equipment and hand tools.
