Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults and implement efficient solutions
- Manage projects from planning through completion with minimal supervision
- Mentor junior electricians and ensure team safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and building management
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proficiency in conduit bending, wiring, and circuit troubleshooting
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and time management skills
