Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Lead small crews and mentor apprentices on safety protocols
- Complete detailed documentation and project reports
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers on complex installations
Qualifications
- Valid Nebraska Journeyman Electrician license
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending and circuit design
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
