Responsibilities
- Installation & Repair: Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems for residential and commercial clients.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations.
- Safety Management: Maintain a zero-tolerance safety culture by adhering to OSHA standards and conducting daily safety briefings.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose complex electrical issues and provide effective, long-term solutions.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to ensure project specifications are met.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman Electrician license in Texas (or willing to obtain reciprocity for Virginia work).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, circuit diagrams, and using diagnostic tools.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work in various environments, including heights, attics, and confined spaces.
- Driver’s License: Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.
