Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC and California electrical codes
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead project teams and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Train apprentices on safety protocols and best practices
- Document work orders and maintain compliance records
- Respond to emergency service calls within 2-hour SLA
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- Minimum 4 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Expertise in conduit bending, circuit installation, and power distribution
- OSHA 10-hour certification and CPR/AED training
- Proficiency in troubleshooting VFD systems and motor controls
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces/heights
- Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screening
