Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems per NEC and local codes
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and tools for project efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Collaborate with contractors and clients on-site
- Complete daily timesheets and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Electrician License (Journeyman/Master)
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Strong knowledge of NEC and Boston building codes
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Ability to work independently and in teams
