- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and local electrical codes during all operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute complex electrical projects
- Document work orders, maintenance logs, and safety reports with meticulous detail
- Respond to emergency electrical calls during night shift hours with urgency and expertise
- Mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon Journeyman or Master Electrician license
- Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Night shift or after-hours work experience preferred
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Advanced proficiency in conduit bending, motor controls, and PLC systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
