Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, circuits, and wiring in commercial and industrial facilities.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure compliance with safety codes (NEC) and company standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized, adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and foremen to meet project deadlines and quality assurance goals.
- Communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license required for the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in commercial/residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
