Responsibilities
- Perform complex electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work in accordance with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan electrical layouts.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify and resolve faults efficiently.
- Guide and mentor apprentice electricians on proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Prepare accurate timecards and project reports for management review.
- Utilize handheld diagnostic tools and testing equipment to verify system functionality.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Nevada.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
