Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures according to local and national codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematic diagrams.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults and system failures efficiently.
- Ensure all work sites adhere to strict safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Collaborate with project managers and foremen to meet project deadlines.
- Document all work completed and maintain accurate job logs.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
