Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings during night shift hours
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics to ensure NEC compliance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with project managers and safety officers for seamless shift transitions
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical panels, transformers, and distribution systems
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
- Mentor apprentices while adhering to strict safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician license required
- Minimum 3 years commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven ability to work independently in night shift environments
- Expertise in reading electrical blueprints and technical specifications
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong troubleshooting skills with high-voltage systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
