Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems, including low and high voltage distribution, lighting controls, and switchgear.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to execute projects accurately.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA standards, the National Electrical Code (NEC), and local California regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults during night operations with minimal supervision.
- Perform preventative maintenance checks on electrical equipment to prevent downtime.
- Conduct safety audits and maintain a clean, organized work site.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Electrician License.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Current Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
