Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment according to local and national electrical codes.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on complex electrical issues during night operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets quality control standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and team members regarding progress and safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Minnesota.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (3rd shift) as required.
- Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Physically able to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
