Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict adherence to National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety standards
- Diagnose electrical faults using specialized testing equipment
- Coordinate with project managers and construction teams
- Manage material inventory and job site documentation
- Mentor junior electricians during complex installations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid North Carolina Electrician Journeyman License
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending, wiring, and circuit design
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting complex systems
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with smart home automation systems preferred
