Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Install, maintain, and repair lighting systems, power distribution panels, and circuitry.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience in electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
