Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC standards and blueprints
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure timely completion
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Manage material inventory and requisition supplies for projects
- Mentor junior technicians and ensure compliance with all regulations
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician license (mandatory)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical installation experience
- Proficiency with reading electrical schematics and technical diagrams
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/weekends
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
