Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Perform excavation, demolition, and concrete work as directed
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery safely
- Read blueprints and execute tasks per supervisor instructions
- Collaborate with skilled tradespersons on complex projects
- Report hazards and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
