Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Conduct thorough inspections and safety checks on completed electrical systems.
- Mentor apprentice electricians and provide guidance on complex troubleshooting.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding progress and job requirements.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license (State of Georgia) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in the electrical trade.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and power distribution.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 30 certification within 6 months of hire.
