Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems to ensure longevity and safety.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Educate apprentices and junior electricians on proper techniques and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Georgia.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety regulations (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License.
