Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement the core infrastructure for multi-agent systems, focusing on autonomy, reasoning, and tool-use capabilities.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical vision for 2026, evaluating emerging technologies like Agentic workflows, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and edge AI deployment.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of inference latency and cost-efficiency for large-scale model deployment.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce coding standards, security protocols, and architectural guidelines across the engineering team.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI division.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD is preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks is mandatory.
- AI Knowledge: Proven track record of working with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama 3), RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
