Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure precise installations
- Diagnose electrical malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methodologies
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA standards, and local regulations
- Lead project teams from conception to completion while maintaining safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver customized electrical solutions
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee state electrical license (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical installation and maintenance experience
- Proven expertise in reading technical blueprints and electrical schematics
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and Tennessee electrical regulations
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments (climbing, confined spaces)
