Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential/commercial electrical systems per NEC and Florida regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Lead junior electricians on complex projects while ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service with clear communication and professional demeanor
- Manage inventory and equipment for assigned service vehicles and job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Journeyman or Master Electrician license (required)
- Minimum 5 years verifiable electrical experience in residential/commercial settings
- Proficiency with conduit bending, wire pulling, and circuit design
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency call-outs
- Knowledge of energy-efficient systems and smart home technology
