Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with NYC Electrical Code and OSHA standards
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Mentor junior electricians and maintain safety protocols
Qualifications
- NYS Master Electrician License required
- 5+ years commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proficiency in conduit bending, VFD systems, and PLC programming
- Valid NYC DOB Filing certification
- OSHA 30-hour construction certification
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills
