Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and Pennsylvania state regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors and clients
- Maintain safe work practices and conduct site safety inspections
- Mentor junior electricians and apprentices on best practices
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential/commercial wiring, conduit systems, and circuitry
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
