Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to determine layout of electrical system.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to prevent issues before they arise.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults efficiently.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
