Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with local codes and regulations.
- Perform night shift duties with a focus on minimizing disruption and ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan layouts and installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and system failures quickly and accurately.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems.
- Collaborate with the project management team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Valid State of Florida Journeyman Electrician License is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and industrial electrical work.
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shifts and handle the physical demands of the job.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
