Job Overview
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will support various trades including carpentry, framing, and concrete work, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under strict supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints and project specifications.
- Perform basic site cleanup duties and assist in general labor activities as needed.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50+ lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating material quantities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Experience in construction or labor is a plus but not required.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Must be available for part-time shifts.
