Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with national electrical codes and safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices when assigned
- Coordinate with contractors and clients for project requirements
- Document work performed and maintain accurate job records
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven knowledge of NEC and local building codes
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work at heights
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
