Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose issues using advanced leak detection and diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency weekend service calls for burst pipes and water damage mitigation
- Inspect and replace fixtures, valves, water heaters, and sewer lines
- Adhere to California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and submit detailed service reports
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience with weekend shift preference
- Valid California State Plumbing License (C-36)
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Advanced knowledge of trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
