Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Pour and finish concrete structures with precision
- Erect scaffolding, formwork, and temporary structures
- Install framing, drywall, and finish carpentry per blueprints
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Maintain OSHA compliance and daily site cleanup
- Collaborate with skilled trades (plumbers, electricians, welders)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hands-on construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends on critical projects
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions
