Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices when assigned
- Manage project timelines and communicate progress to project managers
- Conduct safety inspections and implement hazard prevention measures
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Electrician License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of NEC, local building codes, and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
