Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics with precision
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead apprentices and junior electricians on-site
- Manage inventory and equipment for assigned projects
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of NEC updates and energy codes
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with EV charging station installation a plus
