Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Coordinate with project managers and construction teams for seamless execution
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
- Mentor junior electricians and uphold safety standards on all job sites
Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proficiency with conduit bending, transformers, and motor controls
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to read complex schematics
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
