Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Ensure compliance with Texas electrical codes (NEC/TCEQ standards)
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced testing equipment
- Supervise junior electricians on project sites
- Document work progress and maintain safety records
- Coordinate with project managers for timeline adherence
Qualifications
- Valid Texas electrician license (Journeyman/Master)
- Minimum 3 years commercial/residential experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience with smart home/VoIP systems preferred
