Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using test equipment
- Lead apprentice electricians on complex projects
- Coordinate with contractors and clients for seamless execution
- Complete detailed documentation and safety reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Wisconsin Electrician License (Journeyman/Master)
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with PLC systems and industrial controls a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
