Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure safety and code compliance (NEC/NM Electrical Code).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure all work meets local and federal safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate technical details clearly.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in New Mexico.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the field.
- OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Construction Safety Certification.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, power distribution, and grounding.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), and work in various conditions.
