Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with precision
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Apply finishes (drywall, flooring, painting) with attention to detail
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Collaborate with electricians, plumbers, and other trades
- Maintain organized, clean job sites throughout projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Expertise in carpentry, masonry, or concrete work
- Class B Commercial Driver's License preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Proficient with power tools (saws, drills, sanders)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Must pass background check and drug screening
