Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for accurate installations
- Ensure compliance with Seattle plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order necessary materials for project completion
- Provide exceptional customer service and transparent communication
- Maintain clean and organized work sites throughout projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid Washington State plumbing license or equivalent certification
- Proficiency with pipefitting, drain clearing, and fixture installation
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
