Job Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on electrician to handle a variety of projects ranging from residential service calls to commercial installations. You will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and commercial electrical installations and repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to ensure expectations are met.
- Assist in mentoring junior apprentices when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License in Missouri.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of verifiable field experience.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License (clean driving record preferred).
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, circuitry, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative crew.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
